The delicate flavor of
quinoa is similar to couscous. Cooked quinoa can be used as a pasta substitute in cold pasta salads.
Lemon Garlic Dressing:
Salad:
In a small bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients and let
stand for at least 10 minutes.
Prepare the salad ingredients and combine in a large bowl.
Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
